• Gas Fire: £100 + VAT

• Installation of Gas Cooker / Hob: (may require additional materials) £75 + VAT
• Landlord / Home Owner Gas Safety Check: £75 + VAT
• Landlord / Home Owner Gas Safety Check: (combined with boiler service) £125 + VAT
• Power Flushing – Includes up to 10 radiators: £425 + VAT (additional radiators £25 + VAT)
